Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field required.
• Construction Supervisors License required or ability to obtain within the first year.
• MCPPO Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years facilities management leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years CMMS administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of building trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry.
• Understanding of Green Building and LEED processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to alarms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building systems for deficiencies and required work.
• Check HVAC and BMS systems to identify issues and restore equipment.
• Manage CMMS to enter data, create PM schedules, and issue work orders.
• Monitor fossil fuel usage and maintain energy logs.
• Ensure regular inspections and testing per laws.
• Supervise trades staff including HVAC, electricians, carpenters, plumbers.
• Schedule and monitor contractors' work across schools.
• Maintain records of work, drawings, manuals, warranties.
