Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• At least ten years of experience in facilities management, preferably in education or public service.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management, engineering, and projects across district facilities.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget with adherence to policies.
• Oversee maintenance, operations, and capital planning to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with district and city partners and negotiate effectively.
