Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials in the Bay Area seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 education footprint. You’ll cultivate school district partnerships, drive new business and deepen relationships with existing customers across your designated territory.

With a base salary and uncapped commissions, you’ll be rewarded for performance. The role requires strong presentation skills, travel up to 20%, and the ability to work effectively from home when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform from home.
• Residence in the Oakland, Castro Valley, or Berkeley area with travel flexibility (20% overnight).

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with customers in designated territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Regularly call on customers and maintain relationships within territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to drive sales strategies.
• Identify customer needs and target key accounts.
• Communicate effectively with internal HQ and sales channels.
• Participate in local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore.
