Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 education market. You will cultivate districts and programs, grow new and existing relationships, and collaborate with a support team to drive revenue in multiple states.

The role offers a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions, with comprehensive benefits and travel across the East Bay and surrounding regions. You will need strategic thinking, a dynamic personality, and outstanding people skills to excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic and team-player mentality; ability to perform from home.
• Willingness to travel within the territory (~20% overnight stays).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in designated territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently call on and maintain relationships with customers in the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Identify customer needs and tailor approaches to opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with HQ departments and sales channels to streamline processes.
• Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences.
