Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 educational reach, cultivating school districts and educational programs while exploring new market segments. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a proven sales support team, and a dynamic marketing function to equip you for success.

You should have a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset and excellent people skills to manage relationships across districts, programs, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Ability to work from home and travel within territory (50% travel).

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with customers in the designated geographic area.
• Collaborate with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently engage with customers within the assigned territory to drive sales.
• Coordinate with RVP/RD to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Identify key customers and uncover needs to grow accounts.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to streamline processes and increases sales.
• Participate in local, state, and national conferences to promote Lakeshore brand.
