Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K-12 educational reach. You will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs, moving into middle and high schools as you grow the territory.

In this role, you’ll join a stable company with a generous uncapped commission structure and a dedicated sales support team. You should possess a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset and excellent people skills to thrive in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Ability to travel within territory, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in designated geographical areas.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Continuously call on and maintain relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and assess uncovered needs.
• Communicate clearly with internal partners in regular HQ meetings to streamline sales.
