Job summary

Five Star Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an onsite Tier I technical support specialist to assist North Lawrence Community Schools. The role focuses on direct end-user assistance, prioritizing requests, and maintaining clear communication in a fast-paced K-12 setting.

You will deploy and image devices, repair equipment, and document troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system while collaborating with onsite leadership and support teams to ensure timely resolutions and accurate updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience supporting in a school or education environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support for staff and students.
• Schedule and perform device deployment and return at year start/end.
• Imaging, software installs, and inventory maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices including iPads, MacBooks, Chromebooks, Windows PCs, and interactive whiteboards.
• Use ticketing system to document issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Onsite Services Leadership and Client Experience teams on ticket status and updates.
• Participate in weekly meetings and company learning events.
