Job summary

North Lawrence Community Schools is seeking an onsite technical support specialist to assist students, teachers, and staff with technology needs. The role requires clear communication, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to prioritize requests in a dynamic K-12 setting.

You will handle device deployment, imaging, software installs, and inventory management, using our ticketing system to track issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills in a dynamic K-12 environment.
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with imaging and software installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support for the school staff and students.
• Schedule and execute device deployment and end-of-year device collection.
• Image computers, install software, and maintain technology inventory.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices including iPads, Macs, Chromebooks, and Windows PCs.
• Use ticketing system to document issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with onsite leadership and client experience teams to communicate status.
• Maintain Five Star onsite service quality and participate in team meetings and learning events.
