Job summary

South Henry School Corporation seeks an onsite IT support specialist to provide daily on-site technical support for students, teachers, staff, and administrators. The role includes device imaging, software installation, and inventory management, with responsibilities spanning deployment at the start of the school year and collection at year end.

You will work within a busy K-12 environment, utilize our ticketing system, and collaborate with Onsite Services Leadership and Client Experience teams

Qualifications

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support for staff and students.
• Deploy devices at start and collect 1:1 devices at year end.
• Image computers and install software; maintain inventory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to issues submitted by school staff and students.
• Schedule and perform device deployment and year-end collection.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices including iPads, MacBooks, Chromebooks, Windows laptops/desktops, interactive whiteboards.
• Maintain thorough notes in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Communicate status of tickets and projects with school personnel.
