Job summary

Niche is seeking an Account Manager to drive retention and growth across a K-12 client portfolio. You will develop relationships, articulate Niche’s impact, and identify upsell opportunities within accounts while partnering with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure client success.

Responsibilities include managing renewals, presenting product value, and negotiating contracts, with a focus on achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or education-related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in SaaS.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to convey value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full account portfolio and relationships to increase revenue and retention.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to cross-sell and upsell.
