Cengage Group in Wilmington is seeking a full-time Sales professional to meet virtually with prospective K12 customers, present digital product solutions, and drive territory growth. You will build strategic plans, forecast activities, and work toward quarterly and annual sales targets, leveraging Salesforce and modern sales tools.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, excellent communication, and the ability to operate a home office with hours aligned to school schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven record of consistent sales and goal achievement.
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to formulate and carry out sophisticated sales solutions.
• Ability to establish, cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Territory management and time management competencies.
• Strong proficiency with business technologies including PCs and email in multiple applications, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain a home office and hours aligned with school schedules.

Responsabilités

• Meet virtually with prospective customers to explore and present digital product solutions in the K12 market.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to cultivate growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate territory forecast and sales activity reporting by adopting and using company sales tools.
