Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist for our Stevens Point, WI corporate office. This role involves working closely with customers to implement and optimize Skyward’s K-12 software solutions, delivering training, and collaborating with teammates to ensure ongoing success.

The position requires travel up to 25% and a 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience. This is a fast-paced yet collaborative environment with growth opportunities within Skyward’s customer success

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel for business (approx. 25%).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line for customer experience and satisfaction.
• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and support current customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers to gather information and evaluate software functionality.
• Design and implement appropriate solutions and document procedures.
