Job summary

Skyward is seeking a Customer Success Technical Specialist in Stevens Point, WI to help schools succeed with Skyward software. You will work one-on-one with customers, provide training and solutions, and act as the front line for an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires travel (about 25%) and independence to manage customer engagements while collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent knowledge, skill, and abilities will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to ongoing success of current customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and strive for customer satisfaction with Skyward solutions.
• Consult with customers through voice, email, and in-person to gather information and evaluate software functionality.
