Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to cover an assigned territory, hitting the pavement with cold calls and in-person meetings to promote Altitude's supplemental insurance products.

You will work with business owners and decision-makers, balance cold lead generation with warm opportunities, and schedule follow-ups to close sales while building your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain license) with licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses in the assigned territory.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person or on calls to present offerings and close sales.
• Schedule and manage follow-ups, appointments, and sales activity with regular reporting to the manager.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
