Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Junior Property Compliance Analyst to support tenant file reviews for Section 42 and 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility. The role involves researching regulations, following established procedures, and meeting deadlines under supervision.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), familiarity with HOTMA, and strong Excel/reporting skills. Occasional travel is required, with remote/hybrid options discussed with recruiters.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in Section 42, Section 8, or related housing programs.
• Knowledge of HOTMA and income eligibility requirements.

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports.
• Identify and escalate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Research federal/state compliance rules under supervision; meet productivity benchmarks.
