Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Junior Property Compliance Analyst to assist with tenant file reviews for Section 42 and income eligibility under 24 CFR Part 5. Under close supervision, you will follow established guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance while gaining proficiency in affordable housing standards.

The role involves pre- and post-occupancy reviews, research on federal/state regulations, and collaboration to meet productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• COS/HCCP certifications preferred or ability to obtain within two years.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports.
• Identify and escalate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct research related to federal/state compliance regulations under supervision.
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
