Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of relevant experience in Section 42, Section 8, or other government housing programs, with focus on 24 CFR Part 5 related to income eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications such as COS or HCCP encouraged.
• Willingness to obtain applicable certification within two years of employment.
• Knowledge of HOTMA and housing regulations.
• Proactive, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients.
• Identify and escalate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct research related to federal and/or state compliance regulations and apply findings under supervision.
• Work within a deadline-driven environment with oversight to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Meet or exceed established file review productivity benchmarks.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
