Job summary

Smartscale is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer in the United States to join the marketing team and directly support high-volume paid acquisition efforts. You will collaborate with the CMO to optimize channels, track performance, and translate data into actionable briefs and creative strategies.

You will assist in campaign management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, contributing to landing page experiments and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Understand major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into creative briefs.
• Fluent in English with clear communication.
• Motivated with ownership and drive to achieve goals.
• Able to quickly learn new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of core paid acquisition channels and DSPs.
• Support scalable acquisition funnels with tracking implementation and data insights.
• Participate in testing loops by creating ad concepts and organizing assets.
• Monitor campaigns using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; flag anomalies.
• Pull and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) for reviews.
• Maintain internal reporting documents and dashboards.
