Smartscale, a fast-growing AI companionship platform, seeks a Senior Performance Marketer in the United States to own and optimize paid media campaigns, collaborate with the CMO, and scale user acquisition. You will run high-velocity tests, build scalable funnels, and push for data-driven decisions.

Leverage GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards to drive CPA, ROAS, and retention improvements while partnering with content and product teams on high-converting landing pages.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end campaign execution across multiple paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) with full accountability for results.
• Analyze performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and dashboards to drive CPA/ROAS improvements.
• Lead creative and funnel optimization; write briefs and iterate landing pages in collaboration with content/product teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partner teams to align on strategy and execution.
