Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to drive medical device sales in outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics. You will build a territory from the ground up, prospect daily, educate clinicians, and work toward prescription growth in a metrics-driven environment.

You don’t inherit a book of business; you will create one, with a clear path to advance to Territory Manager. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped bonuses and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Ability to prospect, call on clinics, and develop relationships with physicians and staff.
• Comfort with in-clinic education and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
