Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), part of Genesis Global Group, is expanding its sales force nationwide. As an Entry-Level Sales Executive, you will maintain and grow a client base of hospital and physician customers.

You will drive territory growth, present test information, and build long-term relationships through regular client engagement. Responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, developing a robust pipeline, and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Must have strong multitasking, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, motivated, enthusiastic with integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, email and internet.
• Ability to travel within coverage area and nationwide.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Acquire new business and exceed territory sales budget by presenting tests and upselling.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians, labs, clinics, and group practices.
• Establish long-term client relationships through regular calls.
• Develop and maintain a full pipeline of prospective clients; manage territory.
• Provide timely reporting of pipeline, account plans, and activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory in line with company goals.
• Monitor competitors and their presence in the territory.
