Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a member of Genesis Global Group, is expanding its sales force across the U.S. We are seeking an energetic Entry-Level Sales Executive to maintain and grow a client base of hospital and physician customers for MDL.

The role requires presenting MDL’s PCR-based testing services to healthcare professionals, building long-term relationships, and driving territory growth through new business development and effective account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel within coverage area and nationwide.
• Experience in medical/lab sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales objectives for a defined territory.
• Obtain new business and exceed territory sales budgets.
• Develop and present sales presentations to physicians and clinics.
• Establish long-term client relationships through calls.
• Develop and maintain a full business pipeline in the region.
• Provide timely reporting of pipeline and activity.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow the territory.
• Monitor competitors in the assigned area.
