Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a Genesis Global Group member, is expanding its sales team across the United States. We seek an Entry-Level Sales Executive to grow a client base of hospitals and physicians, drive new business, and present MDL testing services to professional audiences.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building a robust pipeline, and maintaining client relationships while reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years sales experience desirable but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, email and internet.
• Must be able to travel within coverage area and nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Acquire new business and exceed territory sales budget.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians, labs, clinics, and practices.
• Establish long-term client relationships through regular calls and follow-ups.
• Build and manage a full sales pipeline and territory plan.
• Provide timely reporting of pipeline, account plans and activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow the territory in line with company goals.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors in the territory.
