Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to end users in a fast-paced environment. This 100% on-site role in Bothell, WA, may require occasional travel to Bellevue, WA.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills, with preference for experience supporting Apple iPhones/iOS. You will assist with hardware, software, and data migrations in a ticketed environment.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, hardware, software, or mobile devices.
Basic working knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and common software.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for end users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop and iPhone/mobile device problems.
Configure and set up workstations, laptops, monitors, phones, and other equipment for new employees.
Assist with hardware replacements, upgrades, and software installations.
