Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Contractor) to join our in-office flex team in San Francisco, with remote support as needed. You will support employees across the organization, manage hardware onboarding, software portfolio administration via SSO, and help maintain inventory and knowledge bases.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of help desk experience, strong OS knowledge (macOS/Windows/ChromeOS), and solid communication skills.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience with help desk support and customer service.
• Experience with macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Experience with AV systems including Zoom and Google Hangouts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support to employees through in-office and remote support via the ticketing system.
• Serve as a point of contact for IT Support while collaborating with AV, IT Engineering, and Workplace teams.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, including hardware deployment and SaaS administration via SSO tool.
• Coordinate with IT Logistics to maintain accurate in-office inventory.
• Provide support for Gmail, Slack, Okta, and Zoom.
• Troubleshoot and support macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows.
• Become familiar with all aspects of the IT environment to help support, maintain, and scale it.
• Assist in keeping the knowledge base and documentation up to date.
