Everforth Apex in Evansville, IN is seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to provide hands-on IT support for PCs, software, and peripherals.

You’ll install Windows 10, manage Microsoft 365 apps, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, log incidents in ServiceNow, and support end users to minimize downtime. This on-site role supports device refresh initiatives and requires an associate degree with 2–4 years of desktop support experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in computer science or related field.
• 2–4 years in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Strong Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for technical assistance by phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and perform remote troubleshooting as needed.
• Install/configure/upgrade Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Maintain hardware and peripherals including printers, scanners, and video conferencing devices.
• Log incidents in ServiceNow and track IT asset inventory.
• Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalation.
