Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance to end-users in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will support desktop, laptop, mobile devices, hardware, software, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent service.

This on-site role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to help people. Training and benefits accompany the position as part of Everforth Apex’s comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, hardware, software, or mobile devices.
• Proficient with iPhone support.
• Experience with a ticketing system.
• Ability to perform break/fix on computers and be hands-on to resolve issues.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Bothell, WA, with occasional travel to Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for end-users experiencing hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, applications, and iPhones.
• Perform computer imaging, break/fix, and deployment tasks.
• Configure and set up workstations, laptops, and other equipment for new employees.
• Assist with data migrations, backups, and restorations.
• Diagnose basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems when appropriate.
• Document, track, and resolve support requests through a ticketing system.
• Conduct cell phone enrollment and provide in-person tech support at various locations.
