Qualifications

• Licensed Health & Life producer or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional experience; candidates near degree completion considered
• Proven sales ability with willingness to learn insurance products and regulations

Responsibilities

• Business-to-business cold calling and meetings to educate clients on supplemental insurance benefits
• Build and maintain relationships, grow book of business, provide excellent service
• Update reports and maintain records to track monthly sales progress toward goals
• Tailor client profiles and risk management strategies to meet customer needs
• Stay informed on policy and regulatory changes affecting clients
• Implement marketing strategies including networking to acquire new clients while managing current accounts
• Conduct client meetings to recommend the best insurance policies for their needs
