Qualifications

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Must be a superb communicator with ability to analyze complex ideas in insurance programs.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an Health & Life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Business-to-business cold calling meetings with potential clients and educate them on supplemental insurance benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow your book of business.
• Update reports, records, and bookkeeping systems to track progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to meet customer needs.
• Stay updated on policy changes to amend programs for clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients.
