Meier Insurance Agency is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to help grow our supplemental insurance book through direct B2B engagements. You will build relationships with clients, present tailored coverage options, and drive sales with our training and support.

Excellent earning potential with a weekly draw, commissions, and bonuses; licensing reimbursement offered. This full-time, in-person role is Monday–Friday with opportunities for leadership growth in a collaborative, success-driven

Qualificações

• Sales experience and a proven track record are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Willingness to learn about insurance programs and regulations.
• Must be able to obtain Health & Life producer license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct B2B cold calling and meetings to educate clients on supplemental insurance benefits.
• Build and maintain client relationships and grow a personal insurance book of business.
• Update reports and maintain records to track progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management and client profiles to meet customer needs.
• Execute marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to reach potential clients.
