Qualifications

• Experience with accounting or sales software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, programs, and regulations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required.
• Must be a superb communicator with customer-service experience beneficial.
• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Business-to-business cold calling meetings with potential clients and educate them on supplemental insurance offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow your book of business.
• Update reports, records, and reporting toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to individual needs.
• Stay updated on rules or policies to amend insurance programs for clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking.
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to present the best policies.
