Job summary

Conejo Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Installation Coordinator to support our installation projects. You'll coordinate HVAC, Electrical, and Roofing installations, ensuring schedules run smoothly while communicating with customers and teams.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in construction or home services, while not required, is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling HVAC, Electrical, and Roofing installations.
• Coordinate installation dates with customers and field teams.
• Update schedules and project status in ServiceTitan.
