Job summary

Join the Conejo Services Team!

Conejo Services is looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Junior Installation Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, solving problems, and keeping multiple projects organized. You will help coordinate HVAC, Electrical, and Roofing installation projects while working closely with our Senior Installation Coordinator, field teams, managers, warehouse, sales team, and customers.

You don't need to know everything about HVAC, electrical, or roofing on day one. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Installation Coordinator, you will help keep our installation projects moving from scheduling through completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with scheduling HVAC, Electrical, and Roofing installations
• Coordinate installation dates with customers and field teams
• Confirm appointments and communicate schedule changes
• Help manage daily and upcoming installation calendars
• Assist with obtaining and tracking permits
• Schedule required city and county inspections
• Follow up on inspection results and help coordinate re-inspections when needed
• Review upcoming jobs to make sure necessary information is available
• Help confirm equipment, materials, permits, and job details before installations
• Communicate with installers, managers, warehouse personnel, sales, and other departments
• Update schedules, job notes, customer information, and project status in ServiceTitan
• Follow up on outstanding paperwork and project information
• Keep customers informed throughout the scheduling and installation process
• Identify potential scheduling or project issues and communicate them to the appropriate manager
• Assist the Senior Installation Coordinator with daily administrative and operational responsibilities

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous scheduling, administrative, dispatching, or customer service experience preferred
• Home services or construction experience is a plus
• HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, or Plumbing experience is a plus
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
