The role handles documentation, equipment registration, rebates, and payment verification, plus scheduling leads and responding to inquiries. It requires 3+ years in an office setting and proficiency with Word and Excel. On-site collaboration with a family-owned team adds daily variety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process job information and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Register new equipment, submit rebates, and verify full payment (including financing).
• Prepare job costing paperwork.
• Maintain permit lists and track monthly sales numbers.
• Schedule sales leads and answer customer inquiries about installations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
