City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Jr. Facility Solutions Manager to grow an assigned portfolio of commercial clients and sell additional facility services. You will build relationships with decision-makers, coordinate projects, and ensure recurring services run smoothly.

The role emphasizes growth, professional sales execution, and accountability. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related fields are strongly preferred, with travel across the Chicago Southland/NWI region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional business experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, facility services or related.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and become a trusted point of contact for facility needs.
• Identify opportunities and sell additional facility solutions within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate projects and contractors, manage pricing, scopes and timelines.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and ensure follow-through on commitments.
