Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions Chicago Shores is seeking a Junior Facility Solutions Manager to manage relationships, solve problems and sell facility services to existing clients and nearby prospects.

You will own client and account leadership, identify opportunities, coordinate contractors, and ensure projects run smoothly while building a scalable portfolio.

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in related roles; travel across Chicago Southland / NW Indiana; starting around $60k with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional business experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, facility services or related environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with business decision-makers.
• Strong organization, prioritization and follow-through.
• Willingness to prospect and develop business through field activity.
• Able to travel throughout the Chicago Southland / NW Indiana territory.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and become a trusted contact for facility needs.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional facility solutions within accounts.
• Prospect nearby commercial facilities and generate proposals.
• Coordinate independent contractors and evaluate pricing.
• Manage projects from scope through completion and ensure client satisfaction.
