City Wide Facility Solutions St. Louis is seeking an Account Manager / Facility Solutions Manager to retain, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial clients across the St. Louis market.

This role goes beyond a traditional account manager, as you’ll own full P&L, client satisfaction, and service performance with oversight of contractors and projects. You’ll build trusted partnerships, identify opportunities within existing accounts, and lead facility solutions from pricing through execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or operations within facilities, hospitality, property or client-facing contexts.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, contractors, projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own client retention and satisfaction, building relationships clients don’t want to lose.
• Take full P&L ownership for your route including revenue, margins, costs, retention and growth.
• Proactive client communication, facility visits, quality-control inspections, and follow-through.
