Job summary

Trellix is hiring a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with our commercial and enterprise sales teams, discover customer requirements, and deliver solution demonstrations to help organizations defend against evolving threats.

You will support the presales lifecycle, work with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers, qualify technical needs, assist with POCs and RFP/RFI responses, and grow cybersecurity expertise within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cybersecurity or presales experience.
• Foundational security knowledge and ability to map customer needs to solutions.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support technical wins with sales reps and senior engineers.
• Discover customer requirements and map security challenges to use cases.
• Deliver clear technical demos and assist in solution proposals.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with presales guidance.
• Execute POV activities to demonstrate solution performance.
• Build rapport with technical contacts and identify expansion opportunities.
