Trellix, a global cybersecurity company, is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to join our presales team. You will partner with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to discover customer needs, deliver solution demonstrations, and help move proofs-of-value across commercial and enterprise accounts.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support, and Product teams to expand cybersecurity expertise while driving technical wins and assisting with POV

Competenze

• 1–3 years of cybersecurity, presales support, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Growth mindset with curiosity and coachability.

Mansioni

• Support Technical Wins: partner with sales reps and senior engineers to qualify technical requirements and present solution capabilities.
• Requirements Gathering: assist in discovering customer business needs and aligning them with use cases.
• Demos & Presentations: deliver clear technical demonstrations and assist in presenting proposals to stakeholders.
• RFP/RFI Response Support: contribute to technical responses with guidance from presales leadership.
• Proof of Value (POV) Execution: help manage POV activities to demonstrate performance against criteria.
• Technical Account Assistance: build rapport with technical contacts and address inquiries with Support.
• Executive Briefings & Betas: support setup and demonstrations for executive briefings and early adopter programs.
• Continuous Learning & Feedback: participate in enablement programs and share customer insights with Product teams.
