Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with our commercial and enterprise sales teams in driving technical wins across our cybersecurity portfolio. You will discover customer requirements, deliver solution demonstrations, and manage proofs-of-value to help organizations defend against evolving threat landscapes.

This role works closely with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to uncover needs, build trust, deliver demonstrations, and execute proof-of-concept

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cybersecurity, presales support, or related roles.
• Foundational knowledge across security domains listed in the job description.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Detail-oriented with BOM creation and requirement capture.

Responsibilities

• Support technical wins with sales during client calls and visits.
• Gather customer requirements and map them to security use cases.
• Deliver clear technical demos and assist with solution proposals.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and POV activities with presales guidance.
• Assist with POVs to demonstrate solution performance.
• Build rapport with technical contacts and address inquiries.
