Job summary

Epic on its Madison, Wisconsin campus seeks a compensation and stock programs professional to collaborate with leaders across the company on employee compensation and equity initiatives. The role covers international programs and requires relocation to the Madison area with reimbursement support.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
