Job summary

Epic is seeking a compensation professional to join our team on a Madison, WI campus with relocation support. The role involves managing employee compensation and stock programs, including international programs, and collaborating with leaders across Epic.

You will work with stakeholders and executives to implement solutions, handle processing for international staff, and analyze country-specific considerations for domestic projects.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of academic and professional success.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area required; relocation reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Epic leaders to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Identify and implement creative solutions to business needs with stakeholders and executives.
• Provide compensation and stock processing support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations for domestic compensation projects.
