Epic is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager based on our campus in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation to the area with company-provided relocation assistance.

You will collaborate across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs, oversee international compensation, and partner with leaders to implement creative solutions that support the business while ensuring global equity and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• History of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
