This role focuses on acquiring new clients and building relationships in the building maintenance industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strong CRM skills, and will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales.

The position offers a salary of $50,000 per year plus bonus and uncapped commission, within a supportive team culture focused on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary.
• 1 year of outside B2B sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts.
