Job summary

You will assist with intake, content generation, activity building in tools like Articulate Storyline, and LMS population, contributing to launch-ready courses and ongoing quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with faculty and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist intake and planning for AI-generated course content.
• Run AI generation prompts and organize outputs for Learning Designer review.
• Format pages, add media, and run accessibility checks.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers to ensure objectives alignment.
• Prepare courses for LMS deployment and launch.
