Avid Learning is seeking a Learning Content Specialist to develop, edit, maintain, and modernize educational content for media professionals, educators, students, and enterprise customers worldwide.

The role combines instructional content development, technical editing, software validation, and AI-assisted content creation. You will work with product experts, instructors, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences across certification programs and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, maintain, and modernize educational content for media professionals, educators, students, and enterprise customers worldwide.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences and create student/instructor guides, assessments, and online training materials.
• Review and validate AI-generated and human-created content for accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
• Prepare content for deployment across learning platforms and manage metadata, accessibility, and learner experience improvements.
• Collaborate with instructors, product teams, SMEs, and stakeholders on curriculum planning and new certifications.
• Research emerging industry workflows and technologies to improve learning content and delivery methods.
