Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Five years of experience in learning design or educational technology.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled learning technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of learning science and instructional design methods (UDL, backward design).
• Experience leading course and program design across online, hybrid, and in-person modalities.
• Strong project and portfolio management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review high-quality online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses with faculty and QILT colleagues.
• Align outcomes, assessments, activities, and materials using backward design and UDL.
• Consult with faculty on AI-enabled and technology-enhanced learning experiences.
• Manage a portfolio of learning design projects across the lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional project work and ensure documentation and resources are maintained.
