You will organize AI outputs, ensure alignment with learning objectives, and assist with LMS shell setup and accessibility checks. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, strong attention to detail, and comfort with AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort with AI content-generation tools and prompt libraries.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Clear written and verbal communication with faculty and senior staff.
• Understanding of measurable learning outcomes and instructional alignment.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline preferred.
• Higher education or online course development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist intake and planning for course development.
• Run AI-driven content generation and organize outputs for review.
• Create and format content pages with standard tone and structure.
• Build interactive activities using AI tools and Storyline.
• Ensure accessibility and alignment with learning objectives.
• Populate LMS course shell with templates and styling.
• Review and revise content with Learning Designer guidance.
• Support final course launch tasks and QA checks.
