Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC, a member of Genesis Global Group, is seeking a sales-oriented professional to expand client base and drive revenue for laboratory testing services. The role requires educating clients, coordinating solutions with the lab, and maintaining strong relationships across a diverse customer base.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and travel willingness within the coverage area and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and up-selling.
• Establish positive long-term client relations and educate clients.
• Coordinate solutions between the laboratory and client with senior staff support.
• Identify client concerns and contribute to retention strategy development.
• Monitor client satisfaction and report on it with corrective actions.
