Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC (MDL), a Genesis Global Group member, is expanding its sales team across the U.S. We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to maintain a large client base of existing customers and serve as a liaison between management and customers to resolve any issues.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will grow revenues, establish positive client relations, educate clients on test information, and coordinate solutions between the laboratory and clientele while

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of successful customer service experience.
• Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation.
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Grow client revenues by presenting new test information and seeking new sources of revenue.
• Establish positive long-term client relations.
• Educate and train clients; coordinate solutions between the lab and client.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager on retention strategies.
• Monitor and report client satisfaction; suggest corrective action as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors in the assigned territory.
